These terms govern use of this website and orders placed with Guangdong Yishitu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Building A, No. 21, Quanxing Street, Quantang Community, Liaobu Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, China.
Eligibility and lawful use
Customers must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher legal age at the destination. Products may be purchased only where possession, import and use are lawful. Accurate identity, contact, delivery and destination information is required.
Order review and contract formation
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. Before issuing payment instructions, we may verify availability, destination restrictions, warehouse, shipping cost, taxes, duties and clearance requirements. The final payable amount and charge allocation are stated in the order confirmation. The sales contract forms only after final confirmation and receipt of required payment.
Payment and affiliated collection
Bank-transfer payments may be collected by Misty Technology Limited, our affiliated company in Hong Kong, on behalf of the seller. This arrangement does not change the identity of the seller or the customer’s contractual rights.
Delivery, cancellation and remedies
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We may reject an order before acceptance where supply is unavailable, restricted or impracticable. Customers may decline revised timing or charges before payment. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and any non-waivable applicable law.
Liability and mandatory law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by unlawful use, misuse, unauthorized modification, inaccurate customer information or events outside our reasonable control.
