Orders may ship from China or from one of our overseas warehouses. Warehouse allocation depends on the product, inventory, destination, route and applicable requirements. Customers cannot normally select the dispatch warehouse.
Processing and estimated delivery
Order processing normally takes 3–7 business days. Delivery from an overseas warehouse is usually estimated at 3–15 business days, while delivery from China or through a cross-border route is usually estimated at 7–30 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Weekends, public holidays, peak periods, customs inspections, carrier disruption, regulatory changes and events outside our reasonable control may cause delay. The applicable estimate is stated or confirmed before bank-transfer payment instructions are issued.
Taxes, duties and clearance
Taxes, customs duties, import charges and clearance fees are allocated according to the destination, dispatch warehouse, shipping method and product type. Charges collected or covered by us are included in the confirmed amount. If local charges remain payable by the recipient, this is communicated before the order is accepted and paid.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking is provided when available. Customers must provide a complete, accurate address and cooperate with reasonable carrier or customs requests. To the extent permitted by applicable law, costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed customs cooperation or shipment abandonment may be charged to the customer or deducted from a refundable amount.
