Because vape products are hygienic, consumable and safety-sensitive, we do not voluntarily accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, unsealed, activated or used, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.
Mandatory withdrawal rights
Where applicable law provides a non-waivable right of withdrawal, that right remains available according to its legal conditions and exceptions. Eligible products must remain unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging and in resalable condition.
Authorization required
Email saiun@feemovape.com before returning anything. Include the order number, product, reason and supporting photographs or video where relevant. Products sent without authorization or to an unapproved address may be refused. The authorized return address may differ from the seller’s registered address.
Defects, damage and incorrect items
Report an incorrect item, transit damage or suspected defect promptly. We may request reasonable troubleshooting and evidence. Where legally permitted, the first remedy will normally be replacement parts, replacement of the affected product or reshipment. A refund is provided where required by applicable law or where an appropriate replacement remedy cannot be provided.
Customer-caused costs
Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer unless mandatory law states otherwise. Misuse, normal wear, flavour preference, accidental damage, incorrect storage and unauthorized modification are not product defects. Reasonable costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, abandonment or failure to complete required customs procedures may be deducted from a refundable amount to the extent permitted by law.
