FEEMO currently confirms eligible retail orders for payment by bank transfer. Do not send payment until you receive final order confirmation and payment instructions through an authorized FEEMO channel.
Final amount before payment
We review inventory, destination, dispatch warehouse, delivery route and applicable charges before acceptance. The final confirmation states the amount and how shipping, taxes, duties or clearance charges are allocated. If the customer does not accept the confirmed terms, the order may be cancelled before payment.
Affiliated payment collection
Bank-transfer payments may be collected by Misty Technology Limited, our affiliated company in Hong Kong, on behalf of Guangdong Yishitu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. This payment arrangement does not change the seller, contract or customer rights.
Payment security
Verify the order reference and recipient name against the official instructions. We will not ask customers to disclose online-banking passwords, one-time codes or complete card credentials. Contact saiun@feemovape.com before paying if instructions appear changed or suspicious.
Processing and proof of payment
Bank processing time varies. Customers may be asked for a payment receipt that shows the order reference and transaction status but should conceal unrelated account balances and sensitive credentials. Orders are processed after funds are confirmed as received.
